9.2 Delivery & Risk Transfer

  • Title and risk of loss pass to you once an order is handed over to the carrier.
  • If a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, Seedbank is not responsible for theft, loss
    after delivery, or access issues at your address.
  • You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and secure shipping address.

Any guarantees, reshipment policies, or shipping protections (if offered) will be described on the Site at the time of
purchase or in our Help Center.

10. Returns, Refunds & Order Issues

Due to the nature of cannabis seeds and related products, returns and refunds are subject to strict conditions described in our
Return Policy.
